PDC European Championships 2024 – Ricardo Pietreczko falls in the quarter finals!
Ricardo Pietreczko started his European championship campaign with a tight-fought last-leg deciding win against Australian number one Damon Heta. In the second round, Ricardo was to take on ‘Gold Finger’ Andrew Gilding, who was coming off a first-round win over teenage sensation Luke Littler. Ricardo made a great start going five nil up, eventually winning the match 10-3, including a 158 finish. moving onto the Quarterfinals where Ricardo played Danny Noppert, it was a close game to the last leg decider where Ricardo was against the throw and left 118, however, it was not to be and Noppert took out eighty to win the match 10-9.
Another great showing from Ricardo on the PDC tour and his first major quarter-final, next for Ricardo are the players’ championships 29-30 played in Leicester on October 30th-31st.
PDC World Grand Prix – Ricardo Pietreczko falls in the 2nd round in a tight game against the current world number one Luke Humphries. Ricardo continues to rise up the rankings currently sitting in 31st place. Next for Ricardo is the PDC player’s championship in Wigan on the 15th & 16th October.
